Hi my roomate is moving with her boyfriend and so I need a new roomate 1 adult or one adult and child. House with yard, BBQ, one block from lake and little beach, walking distance to elementary and middle schools, 12 min drive to town, in langford. Would be sharing the house with me (check out my profile for more info) and my 8 years old gentle son. ASAP but dates negotiable :o)
