Hello Folks,
We are leaving our large city abode and are looking to be in Victoria for this August!!!!!!

We are officially on the search for the perfect home. and are looking for any leads or idea's any of you have.

We are open to living with community and, in fact, this would be ideal with the right situation.

Here are the things we are looking for in a home...

1.) A clean bright (above ground) house within a 20 min bike ride from downtown.
2.) We have three cats and are hoping to get a dog, so pet friendly is a must, and a yard would be ideal.
3.) We both are exited to have a garden, and hope that it can be possible.

We want to create a home so we want roommates who also have energy to put into the space, and time to share it. Living in a clean space is a must.

Should the perfect communal space not arise, we are open to living in a two bedroom or spacious one bedroom, so any leads that way would be appreciated.
