Hey I am developing a vision of building a cob sauna in Victoria this summer, I am interested in connecting with cober's in and around victoria if anyone has any contacts for people with this dirty lovely wisdom please leave them here for me.
Vision in a nutshell and still being worked on.
I want to co-create a community sauna on somone's property, that would be a public sauna, open once or twice a week for several hours. The project would be community based and done through donations. It would be an opportunity for people to dabble in cob, get together as a community, and for some great mentoring. Then victoria would have its own public cob sauna, which would be super wonderfull, yay!

Tue, June 17, 2008 - 2:44 PMManuel how confident do you feel with your cobbin'. I am just learning and do not know much about the actual structure, I know it can be learned easily. But I also know that thier is some really important things to think about. Do you know enough that you could mentor me be a little or be alot.
My idea, is that I will find somone that is confident in thier cobbin' has built several structures and can make sure I am doing it properly. I know the basics, and have a few projects under my belt, but would not say enough to feel confident. Anyhow, thanks so much I will definately be keeping in touch iether way, please invite more people to vision and volunteer as well, as well as looking for places to build it.
